French Cuff not done properly

Maybe it is different in Cuba but to me a french cuff shirt is designed to be worn with cuff links. I received this with the cuffs outside to inside. Cufflinks are supposed to be with the inside surface together. the other buttons do not line up when worn properly. . Fit is fine but runs small. Size chart was confusing. I would upsize for US standards
