Bought a shirt and when it arrived it was fine other than I need it in a larger size. Since then I have replied on your on-line response app, but no response from you. Fully understand that things are out of normal with this virus thing, however if you would provide me with information regarding returns/exchanges. I bought this shirt for a special occasion and I'd very much like to have it for the event.

Although presented as a cotton blend, it is actually a 65% polyester, 35% cotton and it feels like it.
